mainly over the phone jobs. I was assigned to different departments including sales, tech support, business field etc. Having to achieved to be the 2nd top among hundreds of employees of the year. I was promoted as a resolution development specialist. And have handled escalated calls directly from the office of the president of a multinational billionaire company. There I was able to enhanced my communication skills and had the opportunity to deal with different cultures.

I realized I wanted a big change in my life which prompted me to learn Spanish to be able to work as a bilingual in my dream company which is the world’s largest searching site.

to get accepted here in Spain as a language auxiliar by the Spanish ministry of Education. While taking advantage of the opportunity of traveling I’m still on track of my main goal why I came here in the first place. I currently work in Ceip Jose Calvo Sotelo, a primary school in Madrid. And I live just 2 stations away from the school by metro (subway). I study in Centro Socio Cultural situated in Usera. And I’m about to enrol in Escuela Oficial de Idiomas.
